All orders, repairs, replacements are non refundable. due to the nature of parts, products and custom blinds all orders are final. Repairs come with 30 days warranty for product or part failure. However if our team members deem the product non repairable, a replacement will be matched and parts cost discounted from the replacement cost. this does not entitle you to a refund Only discounted replacement options. 

In booking with us, it is assumed you have read and understood these policies
